Prefabrication

Lined and coated pipeline systems require a specific welding design for each type of lining or coating.

Conpipe has a large fabrication shop which is fully equiped with various kinds of welding machines.

Welding design is done in accordance with ASME B31.3.

We use mainly following welding processes:

• SMAW
• SAW
• GMAW
• FCAW

All welders and welding processes are qualified according ASME IX.
